MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

A natural person or a legal entity can become a member of the Recycling Cluster. The prerequisite for granting membership is agreement with the statutes of the cluster and the payment rules of the association. The executive director decides on granting membership based on the applicant's completed written application.

Membership in the Recycling Cluster zs officially arises by paying a membership fee. Each member is obliged to comply with the statutes and resolutions of the association's bodies. Members who are also legal entities are represented in the meetings of the association's bodies by one representative exercising the rights and obligations of the member.
